Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Memora (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our website, use the Memora application, or interact with related services. By using our services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Memora, we may process:
- Wallet and on-chain data. When you connect a wallet, your public address and on-chain activity you initiate may be visible to us, to network indexers, and on public blockchains (for example Hedera). We do not control public ledger data.
- Account and product data. If you create an account or use features that require registration (for example workspaces, agents, or API keys), we process the information you provide and operational records needed to run the service.
- Technical and usage data. Such as IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs. We use this to secure, operate, and improve the services.
- Communications. If you email us or submit a form, we retain the content of that message and our replies.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Memora;
- Authenticate sessions, enforce access rules, and prevent abuse;
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations;
- Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to understand product performance.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
If the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on bases such as: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent where required, and legal obligation.
4. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers who host infrastructure, analytics, email, or support tools, under contractual safeguards;
- Public networks and partners when you choose to transact or publish data on-chain or through integrated third-party services;
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.
5. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements. On-chain records may persist independently of us.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use the services at your own risk.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of certain personal data, or to object or port data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing.
8. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Children
Memora is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
